  Make your MK5, MK6, Volkswagen, Audi, Seat or Skoda shifter good and tight again with our replacement bushing set! These cars are getting older and rowing through the gears isn't as crisp as it used to be. This is primarily due to degradation of the spongy rubber bushings used in the shifter linkage. We address wear and factory design compromises with our precision machined Delrin and stainless steel linkage components. Save time and money by picking up high performance replacements for all the 'usual suspects' on the late MK5 and MK6 cabin shifters in one convenient kit! This kit includes these four products: 

  Additionally we highly recommend the Super Slider if you're using a stock style shifter at the engine compartment end of the linkage. The Super Slider dials out addition slop and unlocks free Fedex 2-day shipping; select it using the drop down menu. (Skip the Super Slider if you have our Sigma Short Shifter; the Sigma includes it's own special slider.)

(The list above does not include all VAG vehicles that use the riveted forward pivot pin  WHT001413 and bushing 6Q0711067A that is compatible with this kit.) 

Important note: Due to the bonded construction of the front to back cable end, the larger front to back cable bushing contained in this kit should only be used when the original cable end bushing has gone bad. The reason for this is that the original bushing is co-molded and bonded to the plastic cable end. Unless it has already started going bad it is likely that you will face quite a fight removing a bushing that has not already separated from the plastic ring at the end of the shift cable. We suggest that you do not replace the Front to Back cable end bushing preemptively. 

Install: Please note that you will need to remove the center console of your vehicle to install this kit. This is the most tedious part of the install process. (It's really not all that difficult.) We have a video below. Additionally, there are in-depth install videos for each of the individual components located on their respective product pages; use the links above.   

US shipping: Get free FedEx 2nd day shipping when you order this kit with the Super Slider! (You can also get free FedEx shipping if you order the more basic kit with a Sigma Short Shift kit.) We offer and highly recommend FedEx 2nd Day Flat Rate shipping on this item alone if you are in any sort of hurry to get it. (Slower US Postal Service shipping is also available.) We ship Monday through Friday from Colorado except on holidays.   

International shipping:  USPS shipping is currently suspended due to their system backlogs. In these uncertain times we recommend the slightly more expensive but much faster FedEx International Connect Plus service. Taxes on most orders shipped outside of the USA are collected at checkout and shipped Duty-Paid for a smooth delivery process. If no taxes are charged at checkout, FedEx will likely collect local taxes upon delivery. Also, for Canada, the new USMCA trade agreement will reduce taxes and duties on this item.

I got these for the toddler, who is living her best life as a princess. She is allowed to wear these for dress up and she absolutely adores them. I apply them to the apples of her cheeks, on the tip of her nose, and on her arms and ankles like fancy bracelets. At this rate, they won't last long, and because they are used for play, I end up pulling them off the rugs and upholstery for days afterward. It's like a game for mom! They are lovely and fun and she absolutely adores them. The only downstar is for the adhesive quality. Now, this might be just me because I received them during a severe winter storm and they stayed in the mailbox for several days of below zero weather, but the sticky backing peels off quite easily from many of them. It's easy enough to fix with the tweezers that are supplied, but you might want to pay attention to that detail. At bath time, I am finding many pieces of the tape no longer attached to a jewel. I don't know if my bunch were damaged because of the cold, but if you're planning to go to the club, I would bring extras. If you're using them for playtime, just beware that you might find them in all kinds of unexpected places. They definitely won't hold up to bath time, so take them off first, to avoid clogging up the plumbing.

Had to dock 2 stars because the tweezers are too flimsy to actually assist with applying the gems, which sucks because that was a huge selling point for me. Additionally, the glue sticks a little too well to the paper. Many gems detached from the adhesive, which made them useless if the objective is to apply the gems to your face. Still had to award a few stars because the ones that did manage to successfully pull from the paper without coming apart, stayed on my face for about 3-4 hours outside in the sweaty heat. I anticipated to lose a few but they survived and that impressed me!

Very comfortable. Good stickiness.

These face/body gems are decent quality. It comes with a generous amount of gems - 3 sheets of gems in various sizes. A couple of the gems arrived with defects - the gold paint had flaked off some parts to show black underneath. Most of the gems were in good condition though. These are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I forgot I had them on at one point and was reminded when I looked in the mirror. The adhesive did not irritate my skin at all and I wore them for a few hours. I was also able to reposition the gems several times without them loosing their staying power. I had to be careful when removing the gems from the plastic sheet because sometimes the adhesive dot would stay stuck to the plastic sheet and the gem would come off without any adhesive attached. I was able to put it back down and get it to re-stick to the adhesive and then carefully remove them together in order to apply it on my skin. Overall I'd say these are worth the purchase.
